As Vice-President during her first term, she spearheaded key administrative and inspiring/innovative programs for the community that showcased her strong leadership skills.

In 2009, Marlon B. Manaol has served as the Vice President of LGVHAI and as Committee Chairman of the Spiritual Formation Committee, Emergency & Disaster Management Task Force and Ways & Means Committee.
